| 摘 要： | 对医疗行业起着重要影响的新闻媒体在医患关系中有什么作用，决定权不在于媒体，而在于医院本身。只要我们加强对新闻资源的管理和舆论的导向，就可以为医院的发展营造良好的舆论环境；反之，不良的舆论环境则可能加剧医患关系的进一步恶化。

| Abstract: | News media has important influence on medical sector and its action on staff-patient relationship doesn' t rest with media itself, but the hospital itself. As long as we enhance the management of news resources and orientation of public opinion, we can create a better environment of public opinion for hospital development. Contrarily worse environment of public opinion can worsen staff-patient relationship. |
