24例肺硬化性血管瘤的临床分析

【目的】探讨肺硬化性血管瘤的诊断、病理来源、外科治疗厦预后。【方法】回顾分析湖南省肿瘤医院胸外科1980年1月至2005年12月已行手术切除的24例肺硬化性血管瘤患者的临床资料。【结果】术前诊断为良性肿瘤21例，肺癌3例；行左全肺切除1例，肺叶切除12例，肺楔形切除11例，无手术死亡厦并发症；均随访2年以上无复发、转移。【结论】肺硬化性血管瘤的术前诊断较困难，手术切除是首选方法，预后较好。

Clinical Analysis of Pulmonary Sclerosing Hemangioma in 24 Cases

[Objective]To evaluate the diagnosis, histogenesis and treatment of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma.(PSH) .[Methods]Twenty cases of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma proved by operation and pathology in Hunan Province Tumor Hospital from Jan 1994 to Dec 2005 were analyzed. [Results]Preoperatively 21 cases were diagnosed as pulmonary benign tumors (including 3 cases of suspected sclerosing hemangioma) and 3 cases were misdiagnosed as lung cancer. All the patients received surgical treatment, including 12 cases of unilateral pulmonary lobectomy, 11 cases of wedge resection and 1 case of the pneumonectomy. Follow-up surveys in 24 cases above 2 years showed no recurrence and metastases.[Conclusion]This tumor may be misdiagnosed as pulmonary benign one preoperatively. It is advisable to manage the disease surgically.
