| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨静脉营养在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎治疗中的应用。方法：应用静脉营养辅助治疗36例新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎，同时对有关指标进行监测。结果：34例（94．4％）体重增加，治疗期监测电解质、肝功能、肾功能、血小板均正常，无1例出现与静脉营养相关的并发症。结论：静脉营养在患儿需要禁 食时能提供较高能量，保证患儿体重增长和生长发育，促进身体康复，是一种安全有效的支持疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the application of the treatment of the vein nutrition in neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis. Methods: The treatment of the vein nutrition was applied in 36 cases of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis as a secondary means, at the same time, all the resulted index were measured and inspected. Results: The gain weight accounted for 94. 4% (in 36 cases), the eltectrolyte, hepatic function, nephridial function, blood platelet were normal, no syndrome. Conclusion: Vein nutrition provides energy and nutrition to support children' s normal growth and better recovery while in fasting. It is a safe and effective sustaining therapeutics. |
