| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡6例（7眼）。结果本组7眼羊膜移植片均无融解或吸收，溃疡均愈合，视力有不同程度的提高。随访观察6～12个月溃疡未复发。结论羊膜移植是治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the fresh amnion transplantation on treatment silkworm to eclipse the keratohelcosis. Methods Use fresh amnion to treatment silkworm to eclipse the keratohelcosis 6 examples (7 eyes). Results 7 amnion grafts do not have the dissolution and the absorption,ulcer heal,the vision has the varying degree enhancement. After 6~12 month ulcers not to have the recrude scence. Conclusion The amnion transplant is an effective method. |
