| 摘 要： | 提出"虚、瘀"为本,"虚、邪、瘀、腐、损"为特点的慢性皮肤溃疡的病机学说,确立益气化瘀治疗法则,形成益气化瘀为主内外合治慢性皮肤溃疡的综合方案,注重祛瘀化腐、补虚活血生肌、煨脓祛腐、煨脓长肉的临床应用,丰富了中医学的创面修复理论,具有重要理论意义和临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Proposed a new pathogenesis theory of ＂deficiency,pathogen, stasis,injury, and putridity＂, defined a basic principle of ＂replenishing qi and resolving stagnation＂, established a comprehensive therapeutic protocol with the integrated TCM internal and external therapy to promote wound healing in trea- ting refractory ulcer, and has stressed the therapy of ＂Quyu huafu＂ .＂ Buxu huoxue shengji＂ .＂ Weinong qu- fu＂ .＂ Weinong zhangrou＂, Which have this enriched the theory of wound healing in Traditional Chinese Medicine , and have practical value. |
