| 摘 要： | 目的了解高温作业工人心电图的改变。方法对1517名高温作业工人心电图检查结果与对照人群进行比较。结果高温作业工人心电图改变异常率为13．7％，对照组心电图改变异常率16．4％，差异无统计学意义。主要改变为左心室高电压、ST—T异常、窦性心动过缓、窦性心律不齐。结论高温作业对心脏有一定影响，应加强防护措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the ECG changes of workers exposed to high temperature. Methods The results of ECG examination on 1517 workers with high temperature exposure were compared with that of control group. Results The abnormal ECG rate of exposure group was 13.7%, which was lower than that of control group（16.4M）, but the difference wasn＇t significant（P〈0.05）. The major changes were Left ventricular high voltage, ST - T anomaly, sinus bradycardia, sinus arrhythmia. Conclusion High temperature exposure has certain effect on heart; therefore, protective measures should be strengthened. |
