| 摘 要： | 目的观察哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗尘肺并发医院获得性肺炎（HAP）的疗效。方法60例尘肺并发HAP患者随机分为哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗组（40例）和头孢地嗪对照组（20例），观察二组治疗天数、临床疗效及药物安全性。结果二组患者治疗时间、临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论哌拉西林舒巴坦对尘肺并发HAP患者有较好临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Piperacillin Sulbactam in the treatment of pneumoconiosis complicated with hospitalacquired pneumonia（HAP）. Methods Totally 60 cases of pneumoconiosis complicated with HAP patients were randomly divided into Piperacillin Sulbactam group（40 cases） and Cefodizime group（20cases）, the time on treatment and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups, Results Compared with Cefodizime group, the time on treatment was shorter and the therapeutic effect was better in Piperacillin Sulbactam group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion Piperacillin Sulbactam can be applied to treat on pneumoconiosis complicated with HAP. |
