左乙拉西坦对原发性癫痫患儿血清hs—CRP及S—100B蛋白的影响

目的探讨左乙拉西坦对原发性癫痫患儿血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和S100B蛋白的影响，为临床合理用药提供理论依据。方法选取符合标准的患儿60例，随机分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组给予丙戊酸钠治疗，观察组应用左乙拉西坦治疗，治疗6个月评价临床疗效，并比较治疗前及治疗6个月后患儿血清hs—CRP和S100B蛋白水平。结果治疗6个月后，观察组患儿总有效率为93．33％，对照组为70．00％，二者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗6个月后，二组患儿血清hs—CRP和S100B蛋白水平与治疗前比较均下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；但是观察组比对照组下降幅度更大，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论左乙拉西坦治疗儿童原发性癫痫具有较好的临床疗效，可能与降低血清中hs—CRP和S100B蛋白的表达有关。

EFFECTS OF LEVETIRACETAM ON THE SERUM HS - CRP AND S - 100B PROTEIN IN CHILDREN WITH ESSENTIAL EPILEPSY

Objective To investigate the effects of levetiracetam on the serum hypersensitive C reactive protein （hs- CRP） and S- 100B protein in children with essential epilepsy and to provide theoretical foundations for clinical rational use of drug. Methods Sixty children meeting the criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 children each group. The control group was treated with sodium valproate, while the observation group treated with levetiracetam, and the clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in 6 months after the treatments and the serum hs - CRP and S100B protein levels before the treatments and those in 6 months after the treatments were compared. Results In 6 months after the treatments, the total effective rate in the children of the observation group was 93.33%, while that of the control group was 70.00%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; in 6 months after the treatments, the serum hs - CRP and S100B protein levels in the children of both groups were decreased when compared with those before the treatments, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; but those of the observation group were decreased more significantly, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levetiracetam in treatment of children with essential epilepsy has good clinical therapeutic effects, which may be related with that it can decrease the expressions of serum hs - CRP and S100B protein.
