| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人脑胶质瘤中脑肿瘤干细胞标记物巢蛋白（Nestin）和基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测66例不同级别胶质瘤组织标本及8例正常脑组织标本中Nestin．MMP-9蛋白表达。结果人脑胶质瘤标本中Nestin、MMP-9蛋白表达明显升高；Nestin、MMP-9蛋白总的阳性细胞表达率随着胶质瘤病理级别的增加而增高（P〈0．01）；人脑胶质瘤中Nestin蛋白的阳性细胞表达率和MMP-9蛋白阳性细胞表达率成正相关（P〈0．01）。结论人脑胶质瘤中Nestin、MMP-9蛋白的表达与脑胶质瘤的恶性程度密切相关；可能在脑胶质瘤的侵袭性生长、复发和转移过程中起协同作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of Nestin and MMP - 9 protein in human golimas and its clinical significance. Methods Sixtysix cases of gliomas and eight cases of normal brain tissues were tested by immunohistoehemistry for Nestin and MMP - 9 protein . Results The expression of Nestin and MMP- 9 was significantly higher in human gliomas than that in normal brain tissue. It was shown that the Nestin and MMP - 9 protein expression were closely correlated with the grade of gliomas（P〈0.01）. There was a positive reciprocity between the positive rates of Nestin and MMP - 9 protein in human gliomas（P〈0.01）. Conclusion There is a close relationship between the higher levels expression of Nestin and MMP- 9 protein and the progression of golimas, which may play an important role together in aggressive growth, relapse and metastasis of gliomas. |
