孟鲁司特钠联合脱敏治疗儿童过敏性紫癜30例疗效观察

目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合脱敏治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法选择2009年6月-2013年4月在我院儿科住院治疗的符合过敏性紫癜诊断标准患儿30例，随机分对照组12例和治疗组18例，对照组予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特钠联合脱敏治疗，持续治疗2个月。结果治疗组总有效率88．9％，对照组总有效率58．3％，二组患儿临床疗效对比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论孟鲁司特钠联合脱敏治疗儿童过敏性紫癜是有效且安全的方法。家长易接受，值得临床推广。

THERAPY EFFICACY OF MENG LUSI SODIUM WITH DESENSITIZATION IN 30 CASES CHILDREN OF ALLERGIC PURPURA

Objective To observe the curative effect of meng LuSi sodium combined with desensitization in treatment of children allergic purpura. Methods Thirty cases children with allergic purpura were diagnosed standard from June 2009 to April 2013 in author＇s hospital pediatric hospitalized, and were randomly divided into control group（12 cases） and treatment group （18 cases）. Patients in control group received the conventional treatment, the treatment group received meng LuSi sodium combined with desensitization therapy on the basis of conventional treatment, continue for 2 months. Results Total effectiveness was 88. 9% in treatment group, 58.3 % in control group, the difference of clinical curative effect between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion meng LuSi sodium with desensitization therapy is effective and safe method in treatment of children allergic purpura. It is easy to accept for parents and worth clinical promotion.
