不同浓度大蒜素对大鼠食管癌抑制作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的应用不同浓度的大蒜素对甲基苄基亚硝胺(NMBA)诱发大鼠食管癌进行实验干预,观察大鼠食管癌发病情况及大蒜素对食管癌的抑制作用。方法120只SD大鼠随机分成四组,每组30只。四组均应用NMBA通过皮下注射方法对SD大鼠进行处理,10mg/kg,每周1次,连续20周。第一组不给予任何药物干预。第二、三、四组大鼠分别给予大蒜素5mg/(kg·d)、10mg/(kg·d)、15mg/(kg·d),灌胃给药。20周后,处死全部大鼠。取食管组织行病理学观察,并对比观察各组大鼠食管癌的发病率,并根据数据结果分析大蒜素对NMBA诱发大鼠食管癌的抑制作用。结果未经任何药物干预的第一组30只大鼠通过病理证实均罹患食管癌,食管癌发病率为100%。应用5mg/(kg·d)大蒜素进行干预的第二组食管癌发病率为93.33%。应用10mg/(kg·d)大蒜素进行干预的第三组食管癌发病率为86.67%。应用15mg/(kg·d)大蒜素进行干预的第四组食管癌发病率为66.67%。结论单位体重的大鼠摄入大蒜素的浓度越高,食管癌的发病率越低。大蒜素对NMBA诱发的大鼠食管癌有明显的抑制作用。

THE INHIBITION EFFECTIVE STUDY OF DIFFERENT CONCENTRATION ALLICIN TO THE RAT ESOPHAGEAL CARCINOMA

Abstract:Objective To observe the inhibition effect of allicin on SD rats esophageal carcinoma. Methods One hundred and twenty SD rats were divided into four groups average. All rats were dealt with using same concentration NMBA (10mg/kg) through hypodermic injection, once per week, continue to 20 weeks. The first group did not give any medicine and the another three groups were given the different concentration allicin(5mg/(kg ·d), 10mg/(kg ·d), 15mg/(kg ·d)to interfere through intragastric administration. All the rats were executed after twenty weeks. Pathology was observed in the esophageal tissue, and compared the attack rate catching the esophageal carcinoma in different groups, Results The attack rate catching the esophageal carcinoma of the first group was 100%, in other three groups were 93. 33%, 86. 67% and 66. 67%, respectively. Conclusion The higher concentration allicin eat by the SD rat, the lower attack rate catching the esophageal carcinoma. The allicin have the remarkable inhibition effect to the SD rat esophageal carcinoma using the NMBA to induce.
