同时性多原发结直肠癌的诊断和治疗

目的研究诊断以及外科治疗同时性多原发结直肠癌的办法。方法调查20例同时性多原发结直肠癌患者的资料,仔细进行分析。结果这些病例相似于同期单发结直肠癌的病例,都是用同期的手术治疗,姑息性切除占10%,根治性切除占90%,5年的生存率超过一半。结论在手术前以及手术中,结直肠癌患者一定得进行常规的全程结肠镜检查,而且术中应该进行常规的解剖标本。治疗同时性多原发结直肠癌根本原则就是根治性的切除。

Diagnosis and treatmeat of synchronous multiple primary colorectal carcinoma

Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment ofeynchronous multiple primary colorectal carcinoma(SCC).Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with SCC were analyzed retrospectively.Results Eighty patients underwent radcal operation and two patients underwent palliative operation.The 5-year survival rates were 54.5%.There was no significant difference in 5-year survival rate between SCC patients and mono-primary colorectal carcinoma patients during the same period.Conclusion The preoperative or intraoperative colonoscopy should be a routine examination in patients with colorectal carcinoma.Radical resection is the principal treatment of SCC.
