摘    要:目的:通过优化格式加成反应的工艺条件,提高α-细辛脑的收率和稳定产品的质量。方法:采用正交实验设计法,考察了格氏试剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、四氢呋喃用量对α-细辛脑合成产率的影响,优化格式加成反应的工艺条件。结果:按优化条件进行合成,α-细辛脑平均收率达到了64.15%,比原工艺提高了22.35%。结论:优选出的工艺合理可行,重复性好,α-细辛脑的合成产率有所提高。

Abstract:Objective:In order to improve the product yield and stability of α-asarone quality,The Grignard addition reaction conditions of α-Asarone synthesis technology were optimized.Methods:The effect of Grignard reagent solvent volume,reaction time,reaction temperature and tetrahydrofuran reagent volume on synthetic yield of α-asarone were studied by the orthogonal design.Results:The average synthesis yield of α-asarone reached 64.15% by using optimum reaction conditions.And it increased by 22.35% than the old process.Conclusion:The optimum synthesis technology is reasonable and feasible.And it has good duplication.The synthesis yield of α-asarone is enhanced.
