应用Thumper心肺复苏仪抢救心跳呼吸骤停患者的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨Thumper心肺复苏仪在抢救心跳呼吸骤停患者的临床疗效。方法:选取急诊科心跳呼吸骤停患者30例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组15例,在常规抢救基础上,研究组采用Thumper心肺复苏仪进行心肺复苏,对照组采用传统徒手心肺复苏,观察复苏10 min时的收缩压、血氧饱和度及最终复苏成功率。结果:研究组收缩压、血氧饱和度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但复苏成功率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用Thumper心肺复苏仪进行心肺复苏能一定程度上提高收缩压、血氧饱和度,但不能提高复苏成功率。

Abstract:Objective To study the effectiveness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine treating respiratory and cardiac arrest patients.Method Selected 30 cases of respiratory and cardiac arrest patients in our hospital,they were randomly divided into 2 groups,the experimental group(15 cases) and the control group(15cases).On the base of conventional treatment,the experimental group rescued patients through cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine and the control group rescued patients through bare-handed cardiopulmonary resuscitation.After 10min,we observed the systolic pressure、oxygen saturation、success rate.Results The systolic pressure、oxygen saturation of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine can partly improve patients’ systolic pressure、oxygen saturation,but can’t improve success rate.
