| 摘 要： | 目的 检测江苏地区青少年维生素D受体(VDR)基因型分布情况,建立正常青少年VDR基因多态性分布谱.方法 应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片断长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP)对139名江苏地区汉族健康青少年VDR基因型进行检测分析.结果 139名青少年中,VDR基因AA、Aa和aa基因型分别为8(5.76%)名、55(39.57%)名和76(54.67%)名,BB、Bb和bb基因型分别为7(5.04%)、34(24.46%)和98(70.50%).结论 江苏地区汉族健康青少年VDR基因型分布男女性别之间趋于一致,与文献报道的国人、日本人没有显著性差异,与韩国人、欧洲人差异明显.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the distribution of two loci gene polymorphisms of vitamin D receptor(VDR) of Han adolescent in Jiangsu Province.Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) was used to detect and analyze 139 healthy adolescent subjects,which was compared with other population.Results Among 139 subjects,the frequencies of genotypes AA,Ab and aa were 8(5.76%),55(39.57%) and 76(54.67%) and those of genotypes BB,Bb and bb were 7(5.04%),34(24.46%) and 98(70.50%),rerspectively.Conclusion The distribution of VDR gene polymorphisms is similar between female and male subjects,and between Chinese and Japanese,but is significantly different between Chinese and Korean or European. |
