摘    要:实验分别采用大鼠和小鼠对Ⅱ号氟碳人造血的急性毒性进行探讨。结果表明:Ⅱ号氟碳人造血大鼠LD_(50)大于35g/kg,相当于175ml/kg;小鼠的LD_(50)为36.08g/kg,几乎无毒。大量输注存在脏器蓄积病理改变。毒性的大小与人造血乳剂的粒子大小、保存和运输方式有关。

Abstract:Studies of acute toxicology on No.2 fluorocarbon artificial blood were carried out with rats and mice. The results indicated that the LD50 of No.2 fluorocarbon in the rats was higher than 35g/kg, ie, higher than 175ml/kg in 20% solution. The LD50 of No.2 fluorocarbon in mice was 36.08g/kg.Our investigation suggested that the toxicity of No.2 fluorocarbon artificial blood is nil with usual dosage in rats and mice.Accumulation of perfluorochemical emulsion particles in internal organs was observed, when higher doses was perfused. The toxicology of No. fluorocarbon artificial blood is related to the size of perfluorochemical emulsion particles, the method of preservation, and means of transportation.
