四川巴中市食管癌早诊早治结果分析及居民防癌知识认知调查

[目的]了解四川省巴中市食管癌高发区居民食管癌及癌前病变的患病情况,分析居民防癌知识认知情况,为制定防癌措施提供科学依据。[方法]以40~69岁居民为筛查对象,进行内镜下碘染色及指示性活检筛查。对筛查对象进行癌症防治综合知识问卷调查。[结果]食管炎症及食管轻、中、重度异型增生检出率分别为7.81%、5.63%、1.99%、0.79%,食管癌检出率为0.21%。居民对肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌是我国的常见癌症等知识的知晓率较高;男性、有肿瘤家族史、年龄较小及文化程度高者防癌知识得分较高。[结论]应针对不同筛查对象加大癌症防治知识的宣传力度,提高人群癌症防治知识的知晓率。

An Analysis of the Early Detection and Treatment Screening Results of Esophageal Cancer and Relevant Cancer Knowl- edge Cognition Survey in Bazhong City,Sichuan Province

[Purpose] To analysis the prevalence of esophageal and precancerous lesions and cognition of cancer prevention knowledge in high incidence of esophageal in Bazhong city,Sichuan province,to provide a scientific basis for the development of anti-cancer action. [Methods] Random cluster sampling method to select a portion of a natural village and aged 40 to 69 years old people as the research object in high risk areas was carried out. Screening method was endoscope iodine staining and index biopsy. The questionnaire survey was conducted among screening objects. [Results]The detection rate of esophagus inflammation,mild esophageal hyperplasia,moderate esophageal hyperplasia,severe esophageal hyperplasia and esophageal cancer was 7.81%,5.63%,1.99%,0.79%and 0.21% respectively. The awareness rate was higher for lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer and esophageal cancer.They were the most common cancers of screening population. Male,family history of cancer,younger and high levels of education population had higher cancer prevention knowledge score.[Conclusion] Cancer prevention knowledge missionary should be strengthened and improve the awareness rate of cancer prevention knowledge.
