摘    要:近年来随着药物代谢研究新技术、新方法的发展和代谢组学的出现,在基于影响药物代谢的中药配伍机制研究方面取得了许多成果。中药配伍影响中药体内过程是中药配伍减毒增效的重要机制之一。中药配伍后,其有效成分在体内的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄过程可能发生显著变化,从而导致其药效或毒性发生变化。本文首次归纳总结了基于影响药物代谢的中药配伍研究进展,通过研究中药复方给药后,分析其代谢组学特征,从内源性代谢物和外源性代谢物两个方面比较研究配伍前后变化,为全面评价中药复方的疗效、安全性和作用机制提供思路。

Abstract:Many achievements in the mechanisms of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) based on the effect of drug metabolism have been procured by new technologies in drug metabolism and metabonomics in recent years. Interaction of drug metabolism was one of the mechanisms of decreasing toxicity and increasing efficacy on the compatibility of TCM. The behaviors of active compounds of TCM in vivo, such as absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion probably changed significantly after compatibility, therefore its toxicity and activity changed. This paper summarized the studies on compatibility of TCM based on the effect of drug metabolism for the first time.
