| 摘 要： | 目的：总结活体肝移植的临床经验与教训。方法：对5例原位活体部分肝移植的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：5名供者术后均顺利康复；5例患者手术顺利，4例原发病为肝豆状核变性者术后健康存活，现已分别存活21周，15周，12周及2周；1例肝癌患者移植术后12d死于心律紊乱，心跳骤停；术后并发症以血管并发症，胆道并发症，细菌及病毒感染和肺部并发症为主。结论：原位活体部分肝移植手术过程复杂，技术要求高，难度大；具有其它类型肝移植无法比似的优越性。 |

Report of 5 cases of living related liver transplantation |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical application of living related liver transplantation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 5 cases (1 case of hepatocellular carcinoma and 4 of Wilson's disease) undergoing living related liver transplantation from 1995 to now. The experience of surgical techenique, the perioperative treatments, the diagnosis and treatment of complications in these 5 cases were summarized. Results All the operations of 5 cases were successful. The 5 donors recovered uneventfully. Four recipients with Wilson's disease have been surviving 21 weeks,15 weeks,12 weeks and 2 weeks respectively. The process of operation was complicated, and the surgical technique was difficult. The complications of vlood vessel, biliary tract and lung and the infection of bactera and viruses after operation were dominant. The allograft rejection was infrequent. Conclusions Living related liver transplantation has many unsurpassed advantages. It is suitable for the situation of China and can be used extensively in clinical liver transplantation. |
