冠状病毒肺炎的细胞因子风暴与治疗研究进展

冠状病毒肺炎的主要临床表现为乏力、干咳、发热,少数严重者可引发重症肺炎。细胞因子风暴(CS)是造成重症冠状病毒肺炎患者死亡的重要原因。过度激活的免疫炎症反应引起大量炎性细胞浸润和促炎细胞因子、趋化因子的极度升高,会导致急性肺损伤(ALI)和急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)。本文对CS在几种高致病性、传染性冠状病毒感染中的作用和相应治疗策略研究进展进行综述,以期为冠状病毒肺炎的临床治疗提供指导。

Research progress on cytokine storm and treatment of coronavirus pneumonia

The main clinical manifestations of coronavirus pneumonia are fever, fatigue, dry cough, and a few severe cases may cause severe pneumonia. Cytokine storm(CS) is an important cause of death in patients with severe coronavirus pneumonia. Excessive immune inflammatory reaction, with a large number of inflammatory cell infiltrations and the extreme increase of proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines will lead to acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). This article reviews the research progress on the role of cytokine storm in several highly pathogenic and infectious coronavirus infections and the corresponding treatment strategies, in order to provide guidance for clinical treatment of coronavirus pneumonia in the future.
