| 摘 要： | 【摘要】 目的 回顾性对比分析胸腔负压引流与胸腔闭式引流治疗胸部外伤所致血气胸的临床疗效? 方法 选取 2017年1月至 2019年12月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的112例分别行胸腔负压引流与胸腔闭式引流治疗的胸部外伤所致血气胸患者作为研究对象,按照胸腔引流术式将其分为胸腔负压引流组与胸腔闭式引流组,每56例,对比两组患者出血时间(手术开始至胸腔内出血结束时间)? 肺复张时间(手术开始至肺完全复张时间) 及胸腔内液体累计引流量? 结果 胸腔负压引流组患者出血时间为(11.23 ± 2.36) d? 肺复张时间为(9.84 ± 1.74) d, 明显短于胸腔闭式引流组的(14.05 ± 2.59) d 和(13. 54 ± 2.17) d( t = 6.023?9.955, P 均<0.001), 胸腔内液体累计引流量为(872.9 ± 57.6) mL, 明显少于胸腔闭式引流组的(1584. 8 ± 89.7) mL(t = 49. 970, P < 0.001)? 结论 与胸腔闭式引流相比, 胸腔负压引流对胸部外伤所致的血气胸治疗效果更佳, 能够有效缩短出血时间与肺复张时间?
