摘    要:细胞凋亡是一种通过多基因调控的程序性细胞死亡过程,不仅维持机体的动态平衡,还是一种天然的防御机制。为了在细胞内生存,专性胞内寄生菌(贝纳柯克斯体、衣原体、立克次氏体)和一些兼性胞内寄生菌(结核分枝杆菌、耶尔森氏菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、志贺氏菌、布鲁氏菌等)通过干扰细胞外或细胞内的细胞凋亡信号的传导来调控宿主细胞凋亡,甚至能够利用胞葬作用逃逸宿主的免疫系统。希望通过本文和广大的同道研究者一起努力共同推动胞内寄生菌与宿主细胞凋亡相互作用的机制研究。

Abstract:Apoptosis is a process of programmed cell death that is regulated by multiple genes. It not only maintains the dynamic balance of the body, but also is a natural defense mechanism. In order to survive in cells, obligate intracellular parasites(Coxiella burnetii, Chlamyida, Rickettsia) and some facultative intracellular parasites(Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Yersinia pestis, Salmonella typhi, Listeria monocytogenes, Shigella and Brucella)can regulate host cell apoptosis by interfering with intracellular/extracellular apoptosis signal transduction, even making use of efferocytosis to evade the host immune system. It hopes to promote the study of mechanism of the interaction between intracellular parasitic bacteria and host cell apoptosis through the joint efforts of researchers.
