女性生殖器结核15例临床诊断与治疗

目的对女性生殖器结核临床诊断与治疗的体会进行总结。方法回顾性分析2003年6月至2008年6月期间在我院收治的15例女性生殖器结核患者的临床资料，通过妇科检查、B超检查、X线检查、诊刮、宫颈活检、红细胞沉降率等方法进行临床诊断。结果10例患者给予常规药物治疗，5例进行手术治疗，患者恢复良好。结论女性生殖器结核患者要通过全方面的检查进行确诊，治疗主要采用抗结核常规药物治疗和手术治疗，可以获得较满意的效果。

Clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of female genital tuberculosis

Objective To summarize the clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis in female genital organs. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of female genital tuberculosis admitted in this hospital during the period of June 2007 to June 2008 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Their diagnosis was made through pelvic examination, B -type ultrasonography, x -ray examination, curettage, cervical biopsy, ESR and other related examinations. Results Conventional drug treatment was given in 10 cases, and surgical treatment was carried out in 5 cases. All patients were well recovered. Conclusion The diagnosis of female genital tuberculosis was confirmed through all aspects of clinical examinations, and its treatment is mainly applied with conventional anti - TB drug therapy or surgical treatment, thus it can get more satisfactory results.
