住院精神病患者拒服药的心理及护理

[目的]分析患者拒绝服药的原因,提出护理对策。[方法]观察患者服药行为,填写拒绝服药方式表。通过交谈,针对患者出现的心理及行为问题,采取相应的护理对策。[结果]精神病患者拒绝服药有诸多原因:无自知力占61.42%、其次是受幻觉、妄想支配占14.96%。[结论]针对拒绝服药患者的不同心理问题进行良好的护理,能使患者的治疗依从性增加。

THE PSYCHOLOGY AND NURSING OF THE MENTAL INPATIENTS THAT REFUSE TO TAKE MEDICINE

[Objective]To analyse the reasons why the patient refuse to take medicine,put forward the nursing countermeasure.[Methods]The medicine taking behavior of the patients were observed,the way of refusing to take medicine was filled in a table.Though the interview,adopt the corresponding nursing countermeasure,be aimed at the problems of the psychology and behavior,which be found in the patient.[Results]There were many reasons why the mental patients refuse to take medicine:the patient without insight accounted for 61.42%,the second reason was controlled by delusion,which accounted for 14.96%.[Conclusion]We should do better in the nursing of patients with mental diseases and improve the patients' compliance to treatment.
