摘    要:目的:建立离子选择性电极法测定卡托普利片含量的新方法。方法:卡托普利结构含有-SH,呈酸性,与碱作用生成RS-硫离子选择性电极对其产生响应。结果:电极响应的电位值与-lgRS-]符合能斯特方程。能斯特响应范围为1.0×10^-6~1.0×10^-2mol/L(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.29%(n=6)。结论:本法设备仪器简单,分析快速,专属性强。

Determination of the content in Captopril Tablets with ion selective electrode

Abstract:Objective: A new method was established for the determination of Captopril with ion selective electrode. Methods: Based on the thiohydroxy group (-SH) in Captopril can rect with base and produce RS-,Results: The linear relationship between E and - lgRS-] was held in the range of 1.0×10^-6~1.0×10^-2mol/L(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 99.4% ,RSD=0.29%(n=6). Conclusion:This method is simple,convenient,specific and is suitable for the quality control of Captopril tablets.
