双黄连分散片的研制及质量评价

摘    要:目的:研制双黄连分散片.方法:选用不同比例的明胶、甘露醇、甜菊苷和糖精钠对双黄连进行矫味试验,然后采用正交试验以崩解时限为指标筛选出分散片最优处方,并对其进行了溶出度测定.结果:当m(药物):m(明胶):m(甘露醇)=1:0.7:1时,双黄连味甜,且颗粒疏松.分散片的最优处方为:w(PVPP)为6.2%,w(MCC)为24%,w(硬脂酸镁)为0.5%,3 min时黄芩苷的累积溶出度达85.89%.结论:本研究制得的双黄连分散片处方合理,溶出迅速,而且味甜,抗湿性能好,极大提高患者用药顺应性.

Abstract:Aim: To prepare dispersible tablets of Shuanghuanglian. Methods: To select gelatin and mannitol as corrective agents to hide bitter taste of Shuanghuanglian. Experiments were conducted by orthogonal design to select the optimum formulation.Results: When the proportion of Shuanghuanglian,gelatin and mannitol was 1 :0.7 :1,the bitter taste was hiden.The optimum dispersible tablets compositions were: PVPP 6.2%,MCC 24% and magnesium 0.5%.The accumulated dissolution at 3 min reached 85.89%. Conclusion: The preparation complies with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000.
