结扎速血管闭合系统在经腹子宫颈癌根治术中的应用

目的探讨Ligasure(结扎速血管闭合系统)在经腹子宫颈癌根治术中的应用。方法回顾分析2006-04~2008-04间,我院收治的42例应用Ligasure经腹子宫颈癌根治术及46例采用传统手术器械经腹子宫颈癌根治术的Ib1~IIa期宫颈癌患者临床资料,比较手术时间、术中出血量、术后排尿功能恢复时间。结果应用Ligasure组手术时间为(183.64±35.83)min,<传统组(200.91±35.97)min;术中出血量Ligasure组为(438.81±254.79)mL,<传统组的(582.61±319.24)mL,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后排尿功能恢复时间Ligasure组为(19.62±7.85)d,较传统组(15.20±7.61)d长,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ligasure血管闭合系统,具有安全、止血可靠、体内无异物存留等优点,基本可代替常规结扎、缝扎方法,应用于经腹子宫颈癌根治术中能够降低手术难度,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,是经腹子宫颈癌根治术的理想手术工具。

The Application of Ligasure on Hysterectomy in Patients with Cervical Cancer

Objective To explore the application of Ligasure in patients with cervical cancer who undergone abdominal hysterectomy.Methods Medical data of 42 cases of such patients hospitalized in our hospital,stage IB1 ~ IIA cervical cancer,from 2006-04 to 2008-04,and 46 cases undergone traditional technique operation were retrospectively reviewed.To compare the clinical data of operative time,peri-operative blood loss and recovery time of micturition function.Results Comparing with the traditional technique group,the operation time and the peri-operative blood loss are lower in the Ligasure group.But the recovery time of micturition function is longer in the Ligasure group.Conclusion Ligasure might be a safe,reliable hemostasis device without impurity residue,which can basically instead conventional ligation and stitching method.Application of Ligasure in the abdominal hysterectomy could lower the surgical difficulty,shorten the operation time and reduce the peri-operative blood loss.Ligasure might be an ideal device which can applied in the abdominal radical hysterectomy.
