| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨西帕依固龈液对不同基因型携带者牙龈炎患者的敏感性。方法 :提取 74例牙龈炎患者颊粘膜拭子 ,用 Chelex- 10 0法提取 DNA,采用序列特异引物聚合酶链反应 (SSP- PCR)和聚合酶链反应 -限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR- RFL P)方法对牙龈炎患者 IL- 1A- 889位点进行基因型检测。结果:西帕依固龈液对 IL- 1A- 889等位基因 1携带者牙龈炎治疗效果优于等位基因 2携带者 ,但差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。相同的基因型携带者治疗前后龈沟出血指数 (SBI)差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论:西帕依固龈液用于治疗牙龈炎安全、有效 ,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate of Xipayi mouth rinse on gingivitis with genetic sensitivity. Methods: The buccal swabs were collected from 74 gingivitis patients. DNA was extracted from these buccal swabs by Chelex-100 method. Genotypes of the IL-1A-889/Nco I was determined by sequence specific primers-polymerase chain reaction (SSP-PCR) and PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Then distribution of genotypes for IL-1A-889 was compared among the different groups. Results By used Xipayi mouth rinse, there was statistically significant in gingivitis with same genotype of IL-1A-889 (P<0.05). There was no significant differences in gingivitis with allele 1 and allele 2 of IL-1A-889 (P> 0.05) . Conclusion: Xipayi mouth rinse is feasible and effective for gingivitis patients. |
