99Tcm-MIBI显像对乳腺癌腋窝转移淋巴结的诊断

目的 评价＾９９Ｔｃ＾ｍ－甲氧基异丁基异腈（ＭＩＢＩ）显像要诊断乳腺癌腋窝转移淋巴结中的价值，方法 １８例病理检查证实的乳腺癌病人，术前均行＾９９Ｔｃｍ－ＭＩＢＩ显像，１４例乳腺未触及肿块者作为对照组，静脉注射＾９９Ｔｃ＾ｍ－ＭＩＢＩ１１０ＭＢｑ后５，３０和６０ｍｉｎ进行早期及延迟显像，分别于左侧位，右侧位和前后位进行观察，患者均在显像扣１周内进行手术治疗，腋窝淋巴结清扫后行病理检查。结果 １８例

99 Tc m MIBI scintigraphy in diagnosis of lymphatic metastasis of breast cancer

Objective To evaluate the value of 99 Tc m MIBI imaging in detection of axillary lymph node involvement and to assess imaging characteristics of the lesions Methods 18 patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer underwent 99 Tc m MIBI scintigraphy of the breast An additional 14 females with no palpable breast abnormalities were also studied using 99 Tc m MIBI The early and delay images were acquired at 5, 30 and 60 min after injection of 1 110 MBq 99 Tc m MIBI intravenously Three planar views, right and left lateral prone and anterior supine views were obtained, the entire breast and ipsilateral axillary region were included in the field of view Radical mastectomy and lymph node clearance were performed on all 18 patients with confirmed breast cancer within 1 week, and the excised lymph nodes were histopathologically examined Results Metastatic axillary lymph node involvement was seen in 11 patients The sensitivity of scintimammography to detect metastatic lymph node was 78 6% The size and degree of axillary lymph node involvement greatly influenced their imaging characteristics Conclusions 99 Tc m MIBI scintigraphy of axillary lymph node is an effective means of detecting and localizing axillary lymph node involvement, and it would be very helpful to working out surgery program and predicting the prognosis for the patients
