| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨手术治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的临床应用价值。方法:对42例不稳定型骨盆骨折行手术治疗。结果:优36例(86％),良4例(9％),可2例(5％),优良率95.2％。结论:不稳定型骨盆骨折应在血液动力学稳定时尽早施行手术。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the clinical using value of the operated treatment for unstable pelvic fractures. Methods: 42 patients with unstable pelvic fractures were treated by operation. Results: 36 cases(86%)best, 4 cases(9%)better and 2 cases good. The rate of excellent is 95.2%. Concludes: The unstable pelvic fracture should be operated early when the hemolytic stable. |
