| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Tei指数评价尿毒症患者左心功能的应用价值。方法对40例尿毒症患者和30例（作为正常对照组）行左心结构和功能检测，并测量左心Tei指数。结果左心结构指标尿毒症患者大于正常对照组；收缩功能指标两组无显著差异；舒张功能指标二尖瓣血流峰速（MVA）、左室等容舒张时间（IRT），尿毒症患者组较正常对照组增大，E／A较正常对照组减小；左心Tei指数尿毒症患者组较正常对照组增大。结论Tei指数能够简便、有效、综合地评价尿毒症患者左心功能。
