| 摘 要： | 女性生殖器官恶性淋巴瘤罕见，恶性度极高，预后不良。作者讨论了该瘤的组织发生，提高了单纯手术治疗效果较差，在活检确诊后给予充分放疗，并配合化疗，必要时行手术治疗，可能会取得较好效果。

| Abstract: | Malignant lymphoma of female genital organs is extremely rare with high malignancy and poorprognosis.In this paper,we discussed its histogenesis and pointed out its comparatively poor effect on opera-tion alone. A sufficient radiotherapy would be adopted in association with chemotherapy and an operativetherapy,if necessary,could be considered in expectation of a better effect. |
