| 摘 要： | 目的:制备芦荟烧伤膏并建立其质量控制方法.方法:以芦荟凝胶冻干粉为原料制备烧伤膏,采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定芦荟烧伤膏中多糖含量.结果:芦荟烧伤膏中的多糖平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.4%.结论:该制剂工艺简便易行,其质量控制快速、准确.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To prepare Luhuishaoshang cream and establish quality control method.METHODS The content of polysaccharide in the cream was determined by phenol sulfuric acid method.RESULTS The average recovery of polysaccharide was 99.7% with RSD of 1.4% .CONCLUSION The cream can be prepared simply and feasible.The method of quality control is simply,rapid and actuate. |
