| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨β-榄香烯对胃癌CGC-7901细胞c-myc基因表达及端粒酶活性的影响。方法：应用β-榄香烯处理人胃癌细胞系SGC-7901后，采有RT-PCR检测c-myc基因mRNA的变化。采用流式细胞仪免疫荧光技术检测c-myc蛋白表达，用端粒酶PCR-ELISA法检测端粒酶活性，结果：β-榄香烯可下调c-myc基因表达及抑制端粒酶活性。结论：β-榄香烯可抑制胃癌细胞端粒酶活性，可能与下调c-myc基因表达有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of B-elemene on both telomerase activity and expression of c-myc gene.Methods:After gastric cancer SGC-7901cells were treated by B-elemene,we studied the expression of mRNA of c-myc gene using RT-PCR,and the expression of c-myc protein using flow cytometry immunoflurescence technique and telomerase activity using telomerase PCR-ELISA assay.Results:B-elemene could reduce the expression of c-myc gene and repress the telomerase activity of gastric cancer SGC-7901cells.Conclusion:B-elemene can repress the telomerase activity of gastric cancer cells.The repression would be related to the decline of expression of c-myc gene. |
