| 半夏药材中脂肪酸成分的研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 研究半夏药材中的脂肪酸成分。方法 对半夏药材的甲酯化样品进行GC-MS分析，质谱图用NBS谱库检索，鉴定各种脂肪酸，并用色谱峰面积归一化法测定其相对百分含量。结果 发现半夏药材中含有较多不饱和脂肪酸。结论 半夏药材中的不饱和脂肪酸相对含量为49.152%。其中亚油酸占37.096%。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate into the component of aliphatic acid in Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata . METHOD GC-MS analysis was conducted on methyl ester sample in Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata and NBS spectrum base was used to retrieve the mass chromatogram, in order to identify different kinds of aliphatic acid and determine their relative percentage with chromatographic peak normalization method. RESULT Plenty of unsaturated fatty acid was found in Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata .CONCLUSION The relative percentage of unsaturated fatty acid in Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata was 49.152%, in which linoleic acid accounts for 37.096%. |
