| 摘 要： | 目的:研究克痢痧胶囊中雄黄的含量测定及可溶性砷盐检查。方法:滴定法对克痢痧胶囊中雄黄的含量进行测定,采用砷盐检查法测定本品中含砷量。结果:滴定体积在5．14-24．86ml范围线性关系良好(r=0．9999)回归方程为Y=171．1192X-0．07270,平均回收率为99．99％(RSD=0．09％)。结论:滴定法测定克痢痧胶囊中二硫化二砷(AS2SS2)简便、准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂质量检验的定量方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study Realgar quantitative determination and solubility arsenide check of in Kelisha Capsule. Methods: to use titration method to determine content of Realgar in Kelisha Capsule, to use arsenide check method to determine content of arsenic.Results: the good linear range of titration's volume was in the range of 5.14-24.86ml, return equation: Y=171.1192X-0.07270, and it's average recovery was 99.99%(RSD =0. 09%) .Conclusion:The method is simple accurate with good reproductivity of titration's method to determination As2S2 of Kelisha Capsule, can be used for the determination of preparations and the standards of the quality control. |
