32例舒血宁注射液不良反应文献分析

目的：探讨舒血宁注射液所致不良反应（ADR）的一般规律及特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：检索1989-2010年多种中文期刊中公开报道的有关舒血宁注射液ADR的个案报道，并进行统计分析。结果：舒血宁注射液引起的ADR多发生于50岁以上年龄组，女性多于男性，其出现时间可发生于用药后的各个时间段。不良反应累及机体多个器官系统，临床表现复杂多样，主要表现为变态反应，且有3例为过敏性休克。结论：临床医师、药师应重视舒血宁注射液的ADR，加强监测，以减少不良反应的发生。

Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Shuxuening Injection: Literature Analysis of 32 Cases

Objective：To explore the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADRs）induced by Shuxuening Injection so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use．METHODS：ADR cases induced by Shuxuening Injection reported in Chinese pharmaceutical journals from 2003 to 2005 were retrieved and analyzed statistically. RESULTS：The ADRs induced by Shuxuening injection occurred mostly in women aged above 50 years at different time after drug administration.The ADRs could involve multiple organs and systems．The clinical manifesta-Tions were various and manifested as allergic reaction or even allergic shock in severe cases．Conclusion：Doctors and pharmacists should pay attention to ADR of Shuxuening injection and strengthen monitoring on the use of Shuxuening Injection to reduce the incidence of ADRs induced by Shuxuening Injection．
