焦虑症患者治疗前后生活质量比较及影响因素分析

目的：用汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及健康状况调查问卷（SF-36）对一组焦虑症患者治疗前后评定比较，研究患者的生活质量变化情况及其相关影响因素； 方法：开放式研究，选择符合纳入标准的住院焦虑症患者46例，在治疗前及治疗后12周末用HAMA和SF-36.进行评定，分析治疗前后SF-36评分变化及与一般临床资料和HAMA等评分的相关性； 结果 治疗前与12周治疗后HAMA及SF-36各维度评分比较均有显著性差异（P＜ 0.05），躯体健康总评与年龄、发病年龄、发病诱因、HAMA显著相关；精神健康总评与婚姻、发病诱因显著相关；治疗后生活质量改善与婚姻、家族史、发病诱因等因素密切相关； 结论 焦虑症患者经12周系统治疗后能显著改善其生活质量，患者的生活质量影响因素是多方面。

The research on the related factors and the changes of the anxiety disorders' life before and after treatment

Objective A group of anxiety disorders were tested with the Hamilton anxiety scale and the Short Form-36 Health Survey before and after treatment,then analysis the changes of their life quality and find the related factors. Method 46 cases hospitalized anxiety disorders who met the inclusion criteria were tested with HAMA and SF-36 before and 12 weeks after the treatment.Then analysis the related between the change of the score of SF-36,general clinical data and HAMA score. Resluts The score of SF-36 and the HAMA score were differnt before d 12 weeks after the treatment（p〈0.05）.Body health was different in such areas as age,age of onset,onset incentives and HAMA score.Mental health was different in Marital status and age of onset.The changes of the patients＇ life quality after treatment were different in such areas as Marital status,Famliy history and age of onset. Conclusion The life quality of the anxiety disorders which had various related factors were improved signifiantly after 12 weeks system therapy.
