无张力疝修补术在腹股沟复发疝治疗中的效果评价

目的：探讨无张力疝修补术在腹股沟复发疝治疗中的的临床效果。方法：将68例腹沟股复发疝患者采用随机数字的方法,分为开放式无张力疝修补术组（A组）与腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术（B组）,各组均34例。比较两组患者平均手术时间,首次下床活动时间,平均住院时间,住院费用及术后并发症的发生情况。结果：B组患者平均手术时间,首次下床活动时间及平均住院时间均显著少于A组（P〈0．05）,A组的平均住院费用少于B组（P〈0．05）,而两组术后并发症的发生情况无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：开放式无张力疝修补术与腹腔镜疝修补术治疗腹沟股复发疝均安全有效,有各自的优势,同时又各有缺点,临床医生应根据患者的具体病情、对手术质量要求及经济承受力等多方面进行综合考虑而选择合适的手术方式。

The Tension-free inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of recurrent hernia Evaluation

Objective： To investigate the tension-free inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of recurrent hernia clinical results. Methods： 68 patients with recurrent abdominal hernia patients ditch shares the method using random numbers, into open tension-free hernia repair group （A） and laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair （B group）, all groups were 34 cases. Results： B group with an average operative time, get out of bed the first time and the average length of stay were significantly less than group A （P 〈0.05）, A group, the average hospital cost less than group B （P 〈0.05）, while the two groups postoperative complications were not significantly different （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Open tension-free hernia repair and laparoscopic hernia repair, treatment of abdominal hernia recurrence ditch shares are safe and effective, have their own advantages, but they have their own shortcomings, clinicians should be based on the patient＇s specific condition, and quality requirements for surgery more affordable and other aspects into account and select the appropriate surgical approach.
