| 摘 要： | 以表儿茶素为考察指标，以正交实验设计法为依据，重点考察提取溶剂乙醇的浓度、提取次数和提取时间3个因素，每个因素3个水平，按L9（34）正交表设计实验，采用高效液相法测定其含量。实验证明，最佳提取工艺条件为45％的乙醇回流提取3次，每次1h。本优选工艺稳定可行，提取率高，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Take table caffeine as a inspection target, Adopt the method of orthogonal test design and mainly pay attention to three factors： the quatity of extraction ethyl alcohol, the number of extraction times and extraction time, three levels every factor. Design the experiment according to L9（34）. Then measure the extract content by HPLC. The experiment shows the best extraction process that backflow for three times with 45% ethly alcohol, one hour every time. This optimal craft is stable, viable and reproducible. |
