| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急诊输液患儿的安全需求与应对。方法急诊输液患儿280例，随机分为治疗组与对照组各140例。治疗组在给予常规护理的基础上给予合理的护理干预，包括环境安全、用药安全、静脉穿刺及有效沟通等，提高护理工作的安全性。对照组仅给予常规护理。结果经过积极有效的应对后，治疗组患儿对输液治疗的依从性明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论加强护理干预可提高急诊患儿对输液的依从性，降低输液护理工作的差错事故。

| Abstract: | Objective The discussion emergency medical treatment infusion trouble security requirements and should be right. Methods The emergency medical treatment infusion trouble 280 examples, divide into the treatmeut group and the control group each 140 example stochastically.The treatment group in gives eonventional nursing in the foundation to give the reasonable nursing intervention, ineluding the environmental safety, the medication seeurity, the venipuncture and the effeetive communication and so on, enhances the nursing work the security.The control group only gives conventional nursing. Results After positive effective should to after, the treatment group trouble surpass the control group obviously to the infusion treatment compliance, two group of comparison differences have statistics significance （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The enhancement nursing intervention may enhance the emergency medical treatment trouble to the infusion compliance, reduces the infusion nursing work the mistake accident. |
