高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病效果观察及护理

目的观察高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病的效果及总结护理要点。方法对19例一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者实施高压氧综合治疗，并根据患者的心理特征给予心理护理。结果19例患者治愈10例（52．6％），显效5例（26．3％），有效3例（15．8％），无效1例（5．3％），总有效率为94．7％。经过心理护理，患者紧张恐惧、焦虑、急躁、怀疑、惶恐及孤独等情绪明显减轻。结论一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病病程较长，易并发严重后遗症及较高死亡率，高压氧为有效的治疗方法；治疗过程应根据患者的心理特征采用相应的心理护理，有利于患者配合治疗，从而达到促进康复的目的。

Therapeutic efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen on delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning and psychological nursing of the patients

Objective To observe therapeutic efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） on delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning （DEACMP） and summarize the nursing strategies. Methods HBO was used to treat 19 patients with DEACMP. The patients were cared mentally according to the psychological characteristics in the treatment process. Results Of all, 10 cases got cured （52.7%）, 5 displayed marked effectiveness （26.3%）, 3 moderate effectiveness （15.8%） and 1 no effectiveness （5.3%）, and the total effective rate reached 94.7%. The patients＇ moods such as stress, fear, anxiety, suspicion, impetuosity, terror and loneliness were obviously relieved or even disappeared. Conclusions DEACMP has a long course and higher mortality because of possible severe sequela. HBO is one of effective therapy. The psychological nursing according to the psychological characteristics in the treatment process is beneficial for patients＇ cooperation and promotion of rehabilitation.
