医学新生自尊水平与家庭因素相关关系的研究

目的 探讨家庭因素对医学新生自尊水平的影响。方法 使用(PEI评价问卷》、《父母养育方式问卷》、《家庭环境量表》对五所医学院校新生917人进行随机整群抽样调查，对调查结果进行相关、回归等分析。结果 大学新生自尊水平在性别、户籍、家庭人口数、月生活支出、父母职业问有显著性差异；与父母养育方式、家庭环境有不同程度的相关；多元逐步回归分析显示，父亲的养育方式、家庭环境、性别、居住地等是影响医学新生自尊水平的主要家庭因素。结论 家庭因素对大学新生的自尊水平有重要影响，父母养育方式、家庭环境对大学新生自尊水平有预见作用。

The relationship between self-esteem and family factors in medical freshmen

Objective To explore the effects of family factors on medical freshmen's self esteem. Methods 917 freshmen in Five medical colleges were investigated by random cluster sampling with personal evaluation inventory (PEI), parental rearing style scales, and family environment scale (Chinese version). The datum was analyzed by the means of correlation and regression. Results There is significant differences among gender, native place, family population, monthly expenditure, and parental occupation. Correlation was obtained between parental rearing style, family environment and entrants, self esteem; Multiple regression show that father's rearing style ,family environment ,gender and native place infwence the medical freshmen's self esteem. Conclusion Family environment plays an important roles in influencing entrant's self esteem, and parental rearing styles and family enviroment can forecast the level of their self esteem.
