| 摘 要： | 血清白蛋白的测定，在染料法中国外有半数临床实验室采用溴甲酚绿法（ＢＣＧ），半数采用溴酚兰法（ＢＰＢ），而国内多采用ＢＣＧ法。对ＢＰＢ法测定尿液白蛋白的配方作了改进，用于血清白蛋白的测定线性范围高达８０％ｇ／Ｌ，白蛋白标准液，定值血清高值、低值标本等的测定，批内ＣＶ％分别为０．０３，１．４０，２．０５和０．９９；批间ＣＶ％１．２０，１．７２，２．３０和１．５０，天与天间ＣＶ％为１．５０，１．９８，２

| Abstract: | Regarding dye-binding method for measuring serum albumin these are about half of the clinical laboratories using BCG method and the other half using BPB method aborad while that in China most laboratories using BCG method.We modified reagents of BPB method for measuring urine albumin(Schosinsky 1987) and measured serum albumin,the linearity being up to 80g/L,The within-run CVs for albumin of standard.QC serum and two clinical samples are 0.93%,1.40%,2.05% and 0.99% respectively;the between-run CVs of them being 1.20%,1.72%,2.30% and 1.50% and the day-to-day CVs of them being 1.50%,1.98%,2.73% and 1.85%.The average recovery rate is 100.9%,Compared to that of BCG method(x),r=0.9926,Y=0.9978x-0.2087. |
