地方性氟中毒患者内外环境硒水平与机体抗氧化功能的测定

摘    要:[目的 ]了解地方性氟中毒患者内外环境硒水平 ,探讨氟对抗氧化功能的损伤作用。 [方法 ] 2 0 0 0年选择山东省梁山县氟中毒病村氟斑牙患者 3 0例 ,梁山县及长清县正常对照村健康人群各 3 0人 ,检测土壤、粮食中硒含量和血、尿中硒、氟含量 ,检测血中抗氧化酶类谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)活性、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和含量及脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量。 [结果 ]梁山县氟病村、非病村内外环境硒水平均低于长清县正常对照村 ;与 2处对照村健康人群比较 ,氟中毒患者血、尿氟含量升高 ,血中GSH Px、SOD降低 ,LPO升高 ,GSH Px/LPO、SOD/LPO降低。 [结论 ]梁山县氟中毒病区为低硒高氟地区 ;高氟使体内微量元素平衡紊乱 ,抗氧化酶类受损 ,脂质过氧化代谢异常。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo determine Selenium levels of the intro and extro environment in the areas with fluorosis and explore the effects of fluorine on the anti oxidative function The patients of 30 cases with dental fluorosis in the areas with a high concentration of fluorine and the normal persons of 30 cases were selected in liangshan and 30 cases in changqing county in shandong province in 2000 The contents of selenium(Se) and fluorine(F) in the soil,grain,serum and urine , the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px),the activity and content of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of lipid peroxide(LPO) were determined Se levels of the intro and extro environment in the areas with fluorosis and non fluorosis in liangshan was lower than that in changqing There were a decrease of GSH Px, SOD, GSH Px /LPO , SOD /LPO and an increase of LPO in the patients with dental fluorosis compared with the normal persons in liangshan and changqing county [Conclusions] There exist the areas with a high concentration of fluorine and low concentration of Se in liangshan The levels of trace elements and the function of anti oxidation might be affected by high fluorine and the balance disorder of trace elements, the damage of anti oxidative enzymes and the metabolic innormal of lipid peroxidation were observed
