| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血小板减少患者发生急性心肌梗死(AMI)前后血小板4项参数的变化及临床意义。方法利用全自动血细胞五分类分析仪检测20例血小板减少患者发生急性心肌梗死前后血小板4项参数,同时选26例血小板正常者作为对照,并对结果进行比较分析。结果血小板减少患者发生急性心肌梗死后,患者的MPV、PDW明显高于发病前,差异有显著性(P<0.05),患者的PLT及PCT低于发病前,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论血小板减少患者存在发生急性心肌梗死的危险因素,监测血小板的参数有利于观察心肌梗死病人的病情变化。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the variation of platelet four parameters and it＇s clinical significance in thrombocytopenia patients accompanied with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） before and after the occurrence of AMI.Methods The four parameters of platelet in 20 cases of patients with thrombocytopenia before and after their suffering from AMI were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer.Meanwhile,26 cases of normal platelet were included as control subject.Results The platelet MPV,PDW was significantly higher after their suffering from AMI than that of before AMI.The difference has statistically significant（P 0.05）.While,the PLT,PCT was lower than that of before AMI,but it has no statistically singnificant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Patients with thrombocytopenia have risk factors for acute myocardial infarction.Monitoring of platelet parameters is useful to observe the state of the illness of patient with myocardial infarction. |
