齿科光固化纳米胶黏剂的制备

摘    要:目的:研究一种口腔修补用光固化纳米胶粘剂,并对其粘接力及影响因素进行表征。方法:首先采用红外光谱法确定了纳米粒子的改性结果,随后采用单因素试验法详细研究了胶粘剂体系各组分,包括基体树脂含量、引发剂含量及填料含量等对胶粘剂剥离力的影响。结果:在基体树脂含量为40%,光引发剂用量为1%,填料用量为30%时,可以获得综合性能较优的光固化胶粘剂体系。结论:光固化纳米胶黏剂是一种操作简便,具有良好粘结性能的材料。

Abstract:Objective:UV-curing nanocomposites for dental adhesives were prepared and the effects on the adhesive properties were characterized.Method:The Infrared spectroscopy was used to confirm the modification of nanoparticles.Then,the single effect testing method were used to intensively study the content of different components,includes basic resin,initiator and nanofiller,on the peeling force of the adhesives.Result:Composites with excellent comprehensive properties could be obtained when the above content was 40 %,1 % and 30 %,respectively.Conclusion:The photocurable nano-adhesive is a suitable dental material with easy operation and good adhesive strength.
