牙周炎与冠心病相关因素分析

目的:分析牙周炎与冠心病患者的相关指标,探讨牙周炎与冠心病的内在联系。方法:选取冠心病伴重度牙周炎患者41例(P组),不伴有牙周炎的冠心病患者35例(C组)为研究对象,对两组患者进行牙周检查,并抽取空腹静脉血进行相关临床血清学检查,比较两组之间的差异。结果:P组与C组的年龄、性别、高血压史、体重指数、吸烟史等方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组间的松动牙数、因牙周病缺失牙数、出血指数、牙石指数、探诊深度的值各有差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间的空腹血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、白细胞、纤维蛋白原、低密度脂蛋白的值各有差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:牙周炎与冠心病存在相关性,牙周炎可能是冠心病的危险因素。

Study on the related factors between the coronary heart disease and periodontitis.

Objective：To determine the related indicators of the coronary heart disease and periodontitis,and explore the relationship between them. Method：Coronary heart disease（CHD） patients with severe periodontitis（41 cases） and without periodontitis （35 cases）were chosen,Two groups were done with periodontal examination.Peripheral blood sample was ob- tained from each subject by venipuncture.Serum chemistry variables were analyzed by biochemistry analyzer. Result：The re- suits of age, sex,history of hypertension,smoking history,body mass index （BMI） have no significant different between two groups （P 〉0.05）.The results of loosen teeth,missing teeth caused by periodontitis, bleeding index （BI）,calculus index（CI）, probing depth（PD）have significant different between two groups（P 〈0.01）.The results of GLU-AC,TC,TG,WBC,HDL,LDL,FG have significant different between two groups（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion：There is a correlation between periodontitis and coronary heart disease.Periodontitis may be a risk factor for coronary heart disease.
