AVE-763B与UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测结果对比分析

摘    要:目的对比分析AVE-763B和UF-1000i两种全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、管型、结晶结果,并与标准人工镜检进行比较,评价两种仪器的检测性能的差异。方法随机选取门诊各科室送检的新鲜中段尿标本150例,分别用AVE-763B和UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪以及人工镜检对WBC、RBC、管型、结晶进行计数,并以显微镜镜检为标准,对检测结果进行比对分析。结果 AVE-763B、UF1000i两种尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液中RBC与人工镜检符合率为91.33%、95.33%,灵敏度为80.95%、97.62%,特异性为95.37%、94.44%;WBC与人工镜检符合率为:89.33%、91.30%,灵敏度为92.31、90.77%,特异性为87.06%、91.76%;管型与人工镜检符合率为95.33%、92.67%,灵敏度为75.00%、87.50%,特异性为96.48%、92.96.00%;结晶与人工镜检符合率为96.00%、98.00%,灵敏度为83.33%、83.33%,特异性为96.52%、98.61%。AVE-763B和UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测RBC携带污染率为0.03%和0.75%、WBC携带污染率为0.08%和0.16%。AVE-763B和UF-1000i两种全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AVE-763与UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪灵敏度较高,携带污染率低,可用于标本初筛,但仍需要配合人工镜检以提高检验质量。

Comparison and Evaluation of Results Examined by Urine Sediment Quantitative Analyzer AVE-763B and UF-1000i

Abstract:Objective To analyze and evaluate the results of urine red blood cells (RBC), white blood cells (WBC) ,casts and crystals (X'TAL) examined by two automated urine sediment quantitative analyzer (AVE-763B and UF- 1000i) and microscopic observation. Methods Urine samples of 150 patients were collected randomly and examined by using AVE-763B and UF-1000i for RBC,WBC,casts and crystals (X'TAL) at the same time. The results were compared with those of manual microscopy. Results Compared with microscopic sediment data the coincidence rate of AVE-763B for RBC was 91.33% ,for WBC was 89.33% ,for casts was 95.33% ,for crystals(X'TAL) was 96.00%. The sensitivity of AVE- 763B for RBC was 80.95% ,for WBC was 92.31%, for casts was 75.00% ,for crystals(X'TAL) was 83.33%. The speci- ficity of AVE-763B for RBC was 95.37% ,for WBC was 87.06%, for casts was 06.48%, for crystals (X'TAL) was 96.52%. Compared with microscopic sediment data the coincidence rate of UF-1000i for RBC was 95.33% ,for WBC was 91.30% ,for casts was 92.67% ,for crystals(X'TAL) was 98.00%. The sensitivity of UF-1000ifor RBC was 97.62% ,for WBC was 90.77%, for casts was 87.50% ,for crystals(X'TAL) was 83.33%. The specificity of UF-1000i for RBC was 94.44% ,for WBC was 91.76%, for casts was 92.96% ,for crystals(X/TAL) was 98.61%. The rate of carrying contami- nation in AVE-763B for RBC was 0.03% ,for WBC was 0.08%, The rate of carrying contamination in UF-1000i for RBC was 0.75% ,for WBC was 0.16%. There was no significant difference between UF1000i and AVE-763B. Conclusion All these two automated urine sediment quantitative analyzer have high sensitivity rate and low carryover rate ih detecting RBC,WBC,casts and crystals (X'TAL). It can be used for the screening of clinical specimens. It should be combined with microscopic observation in order to improve the checkout quality and assure the checkout accuracy.
