| Abstract: | We were engaged in the designing and making of the instrument after repeated experiments and studies for more than four years. Meanwhile, we carried out a series of constrast clinical experiments in more 300 persons about the pressure of left atrium (LAP), pressure in aorta (AP), strock volume (SV) and the area of mitral valve orifice (MVA) measured by the radial pulse tracing method and by the acknowledged method. The correlation was good and coefficients of correlation were from 0.78 to 0.88. The time and frequency spectrum analyses of pathologic pulse were made in 1 700 patients with various diseases and a quantitative standard of basic pulse condition was set up, thus, a new approach to pulse signal research was made. |
